On the street: Shanghai snacks » breakfast pancake

One of our fave breakfast pancakes – this one a kind of dough, with an egg cracked over it, and turned a few times on the hotplate. Then you add your own sauce, as Kate & Senor are doing here.

  1. I do love potstickers. Those lamb bombs sound great too, mmm mmm. I feel a visit coming up.


  2. Is this the Taiwanese snack? We tried something very similar from a stall opposite the Shanghai Museum, and it was a brilliant hangover cure!
